When do you list your blank DIY cases For Sale? How can I know when a new case is available?
We do not have a set time of the month or week that we list cases for sale, we just list a case when it is completed and
ready to be purchased and shipped. Generally we will have only two cases available per month.
When we are going to list a new case, we will make a post about the case on our blog, click
here to visit our blog. There is an RSS Feed you
can sign up for there, that way you will be notified when we make a new post.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a waiting list and we do not take preorders or deposits. The only
cases available are the ones listed for sale on our website here.
How can I purchase one of your products?
We sell all of our products via this website only.

All cases shipped to areas within the United States are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation and we provide our customers with a
Delivery Confirmation number which they can use to track their package on the USPS website. The Delivery

selected by the customer. If the customer chooses a method that provides tracking, the tracking number will be
emailed to them when the order ships.

package(s) show a status of delivered, please contact our customer service and we will attempt to assist you
in locating your package.
For a jpeg art template and directions on how to prepare and install your art check out our Printing, Preparing and
Installing Art page here. Upon the purchase of a case, a Photoshop file with our button layout will be emailed to
the customer.
We always suggest
customers wait to have their art printed until they have purchased and received their case as each case is slightly
different given their handmade-nature. Also, we advise customers to print a black and white test copy first to
ensure the art lines up with the acrylic top panel as desired before printing the art in color or having it printed
professionally. This step is especially important when using clear arcade buttons.
What button layout do your arcade cases have? Do you have an eight button layout?
We offer only the authentic Blast City joystick and six buttons layout. Also, the back of each case
features three 24mm holes, for start, select and home buttons. Currently, we do not offer or have plans to
offer a different six button layout or an eight button layout.
Which PCB (Printed Circuit Board) will fit in your cases?
Since there are a variety of PCB options to choose from we do not guarantee a specific pcb will fit in our case but,
we do provide the dimensions for all of the cases, this way you can measure your pcb and see if it will fit. On the description page
for each case you will see an interior photo with the cases PCB area dimension, basically how much room you have
for a PCB, transition strips and wires. Also, in the case description we note the PCB Area dimensions including
the available height, meaning how much height is available between the bottom plexi and the case to fit a PCB.
What parts are compatible with your cases? Will HAPP parts work with them?
Our cases are designed to fit Japanese arcade parts only. They are compatible with Sanwa and Seimitsu parts,
for a complete list of compatible parts click here. Our cases do not work with any HAPP buttons or joysticks, we do not make cases
that fit HAPP parts.

Sorry, we are not able to take custom orders and we do not sell complete arcade sticks, we only sell blank DIY arcade cases
for customers to complete themselves. We wish we could make
a custom for everyone but unfortunately we cannot. Please do not email us asking for a custom order.
Can I preorder, give a deposit or get on a waiting list for a case?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a waiting list and we do not take preorders or deposits. The only
cases available are the ones listed for sale on our website here.
Do your cases have a headset or USB port? Can you modify a case to add extra holes or notches?
Our cases do not have an area for a USB or headset port and we cannot modify the cases for these uses, we
do not have plans to add these features to our designs.
Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes or modifications to our cases, they are sold "as-is" with only
the features listed. Please do not email us asking for additions or modifications to a case or for directions on
structurally modifying a case, this is not something we endorse.
If you want a case with a USB or headset port, we suggest
you check out some of the builders in the trading outlet at www.shoryuken.com, many of them offer cases with USB
and headset ports and take custom orders if you are interested in other features not offered on our cases. As with any online
purchase, we suggest you seriously check the feedback of a builder and samples of their previous work before
commissioning and paying for a custom case or stick.
Can you tell me how to complete my case? Can you recommend any websites that can help me with completing my case?
Given the enormous amounts of ways to complete your case, we do not provide individual "case support" but we
have put together an Assembly Tips page to help with installing your joystick and PCB among other things. You can visit
our Assembly Tips page here.
Also, to see a list of websites we have found helpful click here.
