HOW TO PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS:

Once a case or accessory has been posted in the For Sale area here you can make a purchase by sending an email to sales@norrisarcadesticks.com. Shipping is always separate from the products list price (unless otherwise indicated).


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping is always separate from the products list price, please email for a shipping quote before emailing for purchase.


Once you send an email to purchase a case, please be ready to make payment immediately. Please send all emails regarding purchases to sales@norrisarcadesticks.com with the following information:

  • Your Real Name
  • Your Shipping Address
  • Case and/or Accessory That You Wish to Purchase (include Color/Amount if applicable)

Upon receipt of your email, we will provide a total including shipping and our Paypal information for your payment.


*Please do not email to purchase a case if you are not prepared to make payment. It is very unfair to others who want the case and are ready to make payment. If you have questions about a case that you would like to purchase, please ask them before emailing to purchase a case. Also, we have a very strict Return Policy which we advise all customers to read before making an offer. Our Return Policy can be found here.


A case will be marked as sold and shipped once a cleared payment is received. Unfortunately, we are not able to hold cases or accessories, a product is not considered sold until payment has been received.
